Don Chronic, Started here in February, and its hands down the best decision I've made professionally. Do we have problems? Sure, since it is a trucking company, but the worst day I've had here is better than the best day I've had anywhere else! TRD has Brand new equipment, awesome office support, and awesome dispatchers. The pay tops any trucking company out there. If you want to run, the sky's the limit. I’ve made $1,600 to $1,800 in one paycheck. When you need to be home, you get home on the day you need to be there; no questions asked. My only regret is not coming to TRD sooner
